Toyota Service Department

I am extremely dissatisfied in regards to a recent service experience at Westbury Toyota, located at 115 Frost St, Westbury, NY 11590, concerning a flat tire replacement on my vehicle. On January 3rd, I visited the dealership under the assumption that the tire replacement would be covered under ToyotaCare. Upon arrival, I was informed by the service advisor that this service was not included and that I would need to purchase an additional service and pay for the tire. After discussing the cost, I agreed and left my vehicle at the dealership at 11:00 AM, with the understanding that I would be contacted once the car was ready. At 6:15 PM, after not receiving any updates, I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was informed that it was ready for pickup. Upon arriving and inspecting the tire, I immediately noticed that the rim on the car was not the original one I had dropped off. I brought this to the attention of the service provider, who insisted that the rim installed was the one I brought in. However, this is incorrect. Prior to bringing my car in, I personally replaced the flat tire with a spare and placed the original tire and rim in my trunk. I have clear photos of the rim before I brought it to the dealership, as well as photos of the rim that was installed after service. The rims clearly do not match. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that my vehicle is a brand-new 2025 Toyota Camry with less than 1,000 miles on it. The rims were pristine, clean, and scratch-free before service. The rim currently on the car shows visible differences and does not reflect the condition of the original. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I chose to have this service completed at the dealership because I trusted in the professionalism and integrity associated with Toyota. A tire shop could have completed this replacement in half an hour while I waited, but I opted for the dealership, expecting honesty and quality. This incident has severely eroded my confidence in the Toyota service department. I have attached the before and after photos for reference, with visible deep scratches, which were not present on my original rim.

David was great! He took care of our issue with the tire, but also went above and beyond to make sure that the center piece of the tire that was misplaced was replaced free of charge. He works with a great team of managers that really care about customer satisfaction. We'll definitely continue to do business here.

I had an appointment for a recall. They took my car in and I was getting updates through my phone. They check out the car for tires, brakes, etc. Almost 3 1/2 hours later I was told they can’t do the recall because the positive terminal for the battery had been cut and replaced with aftermarket part. They quoted me over $7,000 to put new battery wiring. First of all, if I’m there for the recall, then deal with the recall. They took a look at the recall 3 hours into my appointment. They also want to charge $7,000 to change out the battery wiring. Complete waste of my time and a ridiculous estimate.

More than 3 hours for an oil change, with an appointment at 9:45 am. Without an appointment, I spent the day in the waiting room, without knowing if they check fluids or tire pressure. Here's the detail. GOOD LOCK thanks

I have been complaining about the tire pressure light being on for no reason for over 2 years. They fixed it every time i bring the car in for service but the next day, the light would be on again! I even paid for the diagnosis, everything was supposed to be good but it always turned on again and again after a few days! I just have the car service early September! The light has been on for two weeks already! The tire pressure was fine, i checked and checked, can this ever be fixed?
