The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that our paperwork was lost when we made the appointment for installation. We had to call to see about when it would be done. Then, probably due to the lost paperwork, the wiring was not done. We live 50 miles away so this is an inconvenience. We now have to bring the truck back for the wiring to be done. The work on the hitch was done quickly and well.

Easy to set up the appointment online and the hitch looks like it was installed just fine. But, they never called to tell me the car was ready and I didn't get the car until 2 pm after I called them. They said they were too busy to call me. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

it never got installed. i waited half a day and the new guy never fished with his first job by the time i couldnt wait anymore. i was informed that mine would be done that morning but late that morning they were still working on their first job. the manager there told me that i had been scheduled for a drop off and would be done sometime that day but the person that ordered the service told me it would be done in the morning. it was a waste of my whole morning and did not leave me in a good mood when the manager informed me that something could be done the next week. i called uhaul to register my displeasure and was assured that someone from managerment would be in touch with me to get the issue resolved. 6 days later the store manager here in bozeman called and told me they could get me in on the 4th of may (two weeks after the original appointment). this is very disappointing and not a positive customer experience.
