One day service, quick and easy. The only problem I have is that the rear of the right wheel well trim does not fit back as it should after the hitch install. Irritating as I specifically mentioned my concern about the bumper and trim being a difficulty when I dropped the vehicle off to U Haul.

The staff was very helpful. It turned out that our Tesla Y had a factory issue and the staff gave the right advice so that Tesla (right across the street) could remedy the problem and then the uhaul team took care of the installation.
