The lady the took my truck when I returned she was rude very bad customer service. I asked her what was the total of miles driven and how much was it going to be. She kept telling me I email you the receipt wouldn't explain anything. I hope she gets better training. I don't like to give bad reviews everywhere I go I have good experience but, this lady was just a bad employee.

Owner was too lazy to check return truck for damage. Said he had 7 days to charge me if they find anything. I told him let’s go out and inspect truck, he was argumentative and said I could not record on his property. I need my evidence in case you come back with a claim. Maybe shady business? I won’t ever come back here again!
