got to the lot at 6am and left at 6:55am!!!! The U-Haul app was useless so SLOW and when i arrived my truck wasn’t where it needed to be i had to go look for it in the lot full of 30+ trucks. The lock #2 where i had to get the key out was such a PAIN because we put the right code which btw it was “DEAD” (wasn’t ok w that when I’m about to drive a 20” truck that says DEAD didn’t make me comfortable ) but when finally we get the key out of LOCK #2 and go to the “ASSIGNED TRUCK” it’s not opening it !!!!! I had to wrestle to see if that was even the right truck ?!!! Cuz the key wasn’t opening it !! So THEN i MYSELF went TRUCK BY TRUCK with the key that was given to FIND THE RIGHT TRUCK!!! After 10 different truck attempts FINALLY THE KEY WENT THRU IN 1 of the trucks !!!! And the truck was not where it needed to be for me to pick up.!!!!! When i finally turned on the truck IT HAD NO GAS !!!! FULLY EMPTY!!!!!!! NOT FAIR !!! I spent $55 filling it over half and LEFT YOU GUYS WITH AN ENTIRE HALF OF MY GAS MONEY!!!! i only drove 13 miles so I LOST MONEY FILLING UP YOUR TRUCK!!! and because of the lack of organization and leaving the LOT at 6:55am AND NOT 6AM like i planned i HAD TO PAY $198 EXTRA for the MOVERS i hired !!!! If it wasn’t for all the chaos i had to deal with in the AM when picking up the truck i wouldn’t have had to buy an EXTRA HOUR of movers !!! You guys held me back and made me spend DOUBLE !!!! It was overall a bad experience !!! I’m a pro and know how to do uhaul and everything so I’m not new at this and this was a HORRIBLE WAY TO START MY MOVE !!!!!! I want you guys to do right by me and at least refund me $40 for the gas i left in your tank.
