First and foremost the dealership where I purchased my Jeep from referred me to this mechanic as they work together. Afterwards I found out my car had transmission issues, they have been selling lemon cars. The mechanic (don’t remember his name) gave me my car back dirty and items were missing. Basically the car was given to me trashed. They even dented a new piece that was replaced 3 days before the car was in this man’s possession. I fought and argued to get a physical receipt since between him and the dealership guy were charging me a difference of $350 for the repairs. At the end I was never given a physical copy of the receipt nor a receipt for the portion of the money I was paying. But to say the least, I received an unpaid ticket violation from 6/11/21 (78 East 127th) and I didn’t get my car back until 6/16/21. I have never had experienced this horrible service and unprofessionalism with any mechanic. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE DEALERSHIP I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM. BTW the pictures shown as the front of the business looks nothing like the place on 207 Franklin Ave in Mt. Vernon. Please do your research before contacting this business. And please do not even think about saying that you don't know me like you told the young lady that gave you a bad review. because I have receipts and time to dispute the horror I experienced on 6/16/21.

I came back to give them ZERO starts. Even that is too much. Highway Robbery. This is the worst and most unprofessional I have EVER worked with. Brought my 2004 Mercedes Benz 320 to have a solenoid valve changed. He claimed to have pre-ordered the part, I waited ALL day to have the part installed, only to be told that it could not be done. In additional to that I was billed $150 for a diagnostic that was supposed to be placed on the service. Don't waste your time or effort with a dishonest business owner. I should have checked because they have 1.8 * at the point of me writing this review. This is a shame a black owned Caribbean business that we could depend on.

I went to this mechanic shop because my brakes weren’t functioning properly and my check engine light was on. The people working there made me feel welcomed and also gave an affordable price. When I was there I saw that they also did maintenance and got that done as well. It’s been a week since i’ve been there and my car has been performing extremely well. Would 10/10 recommend.

This is the worst mechanic that exists, it took almost three months to fix the car, I only went for one thing and he wanted to change other things to be able to charge more, my car crashed, they broke some pieces, they gave me the car very dirty. They gave me the poorly assembled car where they put the parts, something that was very dangerous because in the lower part the screw is almost loose.

My car was giving me issues and he fixed my car without authorization and I had to call the police so they can release my car back.. horrible experience. They are scammers. Be aware
