Would not recommend this place to no one. Went there to get a alignment. Took an hour to get a call back saying my truck needs $2000 of work. I told them I only wanted alignment. Another hour passes and I get a call from Tony saying my transmission isn't shifting and check engine light is on with 5 different codes. This is bs. There was nothing wrong with my truck besides alignment now I have to get a tow truck to get my truck out of there. Smh.... horrible experience. Save your money don't go here. I will be talking to an attorney.

We took our older honda to them and they were great! They have worked on our car twice now. We picked it up today and we are happy with the work. They are very professional, nice and friendly. I Will continue to come here if i have issues with my cars. Thank you for the pens, Tony!

The place made my old PT Cruiser run like new the only downside is where it's located. It has no parking and sometimes people block it's side driveway

Went to get my brakes done and after waiting 2 and a half hours thinking they were doing my brakes they came back and gave me a $1700 estimate for other stuff 🤔 like what? No I just wanted my brakes done . Then they proceeded to charge me $130 for an inspection huh?? and I still drove away with bad brakes because they didnt do them like am I missing something here. How do I walk in for a service and you just totally ignore what I need and do what you want ? This was a horrible experience and I will not be going back. 😔

It has now been over a month since i've gotten my Subaru back after having some transmission work done it. A full valve body replacement. I've been driving it a lot lately since the repairs have been done and I can say that Transmission City has done a great job. My car drives better than ever and hasn't had any transmission issues since. Tony was very helpful. He was great and easy to work with from the start. It took about a week to get my car in. Checking my car in was fast and easy with the scheduled appointment. They got the repairs done quick and efficiently, and I was back in my car within a week and a half.
