I inadvertently missed an appointment I had made for service to my vehicle. I called Trev's Automotive to apologize for missing my appointment, and to reschedule it. Trevor was extremely accommodating and got my vehicle in for the service quickly. The personnel were polite and very professional. I have used Trev's Automotive for several years and trust them to do the job correctly.

I have to thank the two gentlemen, that came to my rescue today by towing me out of my driveway after the horrific snow and ice storm we had. They came within 15 minutes of me putting in a request and had me out within 10. They were both very professional, helpful, and empathetic. again, thank you so much!

RUN AWAY FROM TREVOR AND THIS FACILITY!!!! GOT AN INTERSTATE BATTERY ON 7/18 (TWO MONTHS AGO) FOR OVER $200 AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GUARANTEE THIS! ACTUALLY TREV SAID "IN 40 YEARS I'VE NEVER HAD AN INTERSTATE BATTERY DIE." THEN TOLD ME I WAS DIFFICULT- AFTER I TOLD HIM THE EXTERNAL BATTERY CHARGER SAID THE BATTERY FAILED- SEE PICS ATTACHED. WHEN HE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AS I PROBABLY LEFT THE TRUNK OPEN, I SAID NO I DIDN'T AND SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR A JUMP OR TOW HE HUNG UP!!! I GUESS A FEMALE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO ASK LOGICAL AUTOMOTIVE QUESTIONS. THE BATTERY IS THE ISSUE AND THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WAS POSSIBLE! I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS BUSINESS IS!!! UPDATE: AAA CONFIRMED IT'S A BAD BATTERY (SEE PIC BELOW) AND NOTHING ELSE. ALSO THAT TREV'S PUT IN THE WRONG TYPE OF BATTERY. MY CAR NEEDS AN EFB BATTERY, WHICH AAA DIDN'T HAVE. TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP WHO ALSO CONFIRMED A BAD BATTERY AND THAT TREV'S PUT THE WRONG BATTERY IN MY VEHICLE! TREV'S NEEDS TO OWN UP TO THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND REFUND MY MONEY! NEW UPDATE: SEE ATTACHED PIC. TREV PUT THE WRONG BATTERY TYPE IN AS PER THE DEALERSHIP. THE CORRECT BATTERY FOR MY CAR WAS AN EFB (ENHANCED FLOODED BATTERY), AAA EVEN KNEW THIS! THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE AS THEY DON'T EVEN LOOK UP WHAT TYPE OF SPECIFIC BATTERY YOUR CAR REQUIRES. THEY JUST THROW IN WHATEVER AND UPCHARGE!
