We bought our carport here and couldn’t be happier with the results! The shop partners with Eagle Carports and everything went super smooth throughout the whole process. Matt from Tri-City Tires was especially great to work with! He was extremely kind and helpful when picking out our custom carport. The Eagle Carports crew was professional and did a great job; we had messed up the leveling on the carport site and they worked with us to avoid a restocking fee by leaving the parts at our place, giving us an extra day to level our site out, and came back to get the job done. 10/10 recommend

I used to get my car maintenance their tires there I did that for 11 years then Darrell sold it and someone else owned it and the service that I have gotten since July is horrifying they tell me to get struts put on my car, but they can’t order them that I need to order them. I could order them on Amazon they put them on. I did not need to begin with. It was another issue by time I reach back out to them. They throw them away That came from Amazon and they waited so long because I kept taking my car back up there and they was telling me it wasn’t the struts. It was something else past the time then they disposed of my old struts so I was down $376 plus the parts that was 130 and since I got the new struts that are bad I’m having to go through a whole other company to get another set of struts that’s gonna cost me 600 more dollars . My recommendation would be stay away from Tri City Tire. I will never take my car there again. I have been fighting with trying to get my car fixed since July. I have tried to keep my composure and not get upset, but this is become too much and everyone needs to be aware of this. and to add to this madness, when I found out, it wasn’t the struts it was something else. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE EVENTUALLY NEEDED NEW STRUTS!!!!!!! This entire journey since July until today has caused me a total of 1790 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awesome experience here! The people were very helpful and friendly. Gave me great advice instead of trying to make money. Absolutely wonderful place!

I arrived here before any rush and waited over 2 hours just to have my tires mounted and a inspection done. After receiving my vehicle back and began to drive off and immediately noticed an awful scrubbing noise coming from my front right tire, and after pulling over and looking it was clearly the weights to balance the tires, which was put on wrong and was hitting my brake caliper. I immediately took it right back to the shop and was told that I would have to wait again in a few hour long line to get seen, I told them that was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed right then, and that the car should have never been allowed to leave the shop in that condition.

I have no words for the compassion I got from this shop. I called for an emergency tow (crying) for a flat tire, a few miles from the shop. Matt, the manager immediately sent two guys over to give me a temporary tire to get to their shop. Once here, they said it would be of no charge. I started crying again. Matt said he felt as though he needed to help me out. I’m from Florida where this kind of hospitality and customer service is hard to find. This is not just a tire shop, they were a safe haven to me. Nothing I say here can be enough to express my gratitude. Again, thank you Matt
