I live in the mountains and my driveway is SUPER difficult to get into. I've had MANY tow truck companies out here that just can't get in my driveway. Today, I had an AMAZING driver to drop off my 2007 Red Mustang GT. He did it so easily like it was nothing. I'm making sure I review him here just in case the company sees this and AAA doesn't send me a questionnaire to fill out because this man was just amazing and his bosses need to appreciate him and compensate him for doing such a great job. I wish I caught his name but I was just in awe at how amazing he was.

Super Friendly and Overall Amazing!! Juan provided excellent customer service and was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when we thought we were out of luck. He took wonderful care of our car! I definitely recommend Trinity Towing services and would definitely use again!

We had a terrible experience with AAA and a local towing company tonight, where we waited almost two hours and a tow truck never arrived to help us. I frantically searched for a tow company and saw that Trinity had great reviews. My phone call to Trinity was answered by a human (unlike AAA), who was very pleasant, straightforward, and helpful. Within 15 minutes of my call, Juan arrived and towed my truck to the local dealership. Juan was incredibly helpful, he treated my truck like it was his own, and provided amazing customer service. Trinity is an example of a local business that knows how to treat customers right.

Had an unfortunate engine issue on the I5 just outside Grapevine. We are from Canada and a long ways from home so we contacted our BCAA which then referred us to AAA. We played tag with them and several tow truck companies to try and secure a tow for my SUV to either a local mechanic but ideally long haul it majority of the way to LA to not miss out on a major trip! Absolutely frustrated, we called around and found Trinity Towing and we are so thankful for it! Our tow truck driver Mike was amazing and deserves recognition! Friendly and courteous and eased our worries by several miles. Very prompt service by the company and Mike, time wise we were not waiting more than was quoted and the price was actually CHEAPER than what was originally quoted through AAA. Outstanding through and through and if we are ever in a bind down in California, we will keep them in mind!

Car got a flat in the middle of nowhere basically near Lost Hills Ca and had no spare tire at 8pm. BMW Roadside Assistance assigned me to Trinity and they made it to my location 30 mins faster than the ETA. They were able to tow my car to nearest BMW repair shop and they were kind enough to drop me off at my hotel nearby where I would stay overnight. Super friendly drivers! Ensured they would not leave me stranded! Easy 5 stars.
