I frequent this establishment for my oil changes and that's about every 4000 miles. I was told to check it out over two years ago from my son. He swears by this place because of the customer service. I have to agree. Not only are the mechanics down to Earth, they are very knowledgeable and only suggest additional service if your vehicle truly needs it. It's fine to stand by your vehicle and watch the mechanics do their thing and questions are encouraged. They also give a FREE car wash next door at USA CAR WASH. In the future I plan to try their vehicle detailing. Overall I give this place a solid 4 Stars.

Their oil change is good. I go there for a change every time I need one done. But their car wash service is a bit .. ehh. They don’t really do a good job on the interior. I got in once and the seat still had crumbs and there where leaves on the side of my door.

YOU LOST A CUSTOMER. This place was good at one time. I WAS a long-time customer. July 5th is the last time I will ever go back. Customer service is terrible, from the tech to the manager. I asked for the cheapest oil change, and it's about $43. My bill shouldn't have been more than $47, which includes tax. My bill was $58. When I acquired it , I got attitude from the tech. I attempted to ask why it was so much twice and was cut off twice. After the second time, I asked if he had finished and would allow me to finish asking my question. Basically, I asked if he wanted to do extra services, so why wasn't I asked first. Anything that would change the price should have been run by me first. He told me I did what you had last time. I said ok that has nothing to do with today since I asked for the cheapest oil change. I asked for a manager and explained what had happened. He said your car needs 6 quarts instead of 5. I asked, would that change the price he said yes. I asked, so why wasn't I asked? He said the tech doesn't have to ask to do what is necessary for my car. I said that's not how you should do business. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER

Avoid at all cost. The worst experience ever. I visited this place for oil change. The person changing my oil didn’t speak English coherently. All time I said was “Regular oil, please”, then ending up adding some fancy additive to engine protection, which cost me additional $15. I was so furious and when ask for help to cashier person, they laughed at me that I wasn’t able to understand what person changing my oil said, instead of helping. The cashier person even told me that “it’s only $15”. But it’s me paying it not him, you can get another car wash with $15. So helpless. I will never come back to this place. So furious. Such a rip off.
