Called from the lot at 730 am. Was told they're wait is at three hours. Ok that's fine. Then they call me and say nose up to door 1 and a tech will be with you shortly. That was three hours ago. All I need is a spare tire replacement. If it wasn't 5 degrees and the company would allow id do it myself in twenty minutes but no. I'm sitting here burning fuel to stay warm and the ice storm is gaining on me. Only get one star because they're nice people

Do not come here extremely expensive and you wait for too long $344 for changing the air/elec you guys sucks Doesn’t cost that much all service shop charge for it $200 maximum

When trying to get a light replaced, 2 screws tighten a tracking system and a tire. Working on the first 2 things for 90 mins. Still waiting for approval for the tire. Sent over wrong. It must be the first time working with a large company and national accounts. Why can't everyone be trained to serve the driver to get them back on road. Eshop for service is a joke. The bigger joke is when they say they can't call the company.
