was given the wrong parts, wrong nuts for the u-bolts, u-bolts were bent wrong! guy up front has a attitude! big time! almost like your inconvenienceing him! if you plan on needing pieces and parts for a build your doing, plan on going back 3 or 4 times! to get the right parts! just a bunch of jack legs not knowing what todo just winging it!

I took my motorhome there for suspension enhancement because of a rough ride. On day 2 the report was that 2 mechanics had checked the suspension and my front shocks were bad. I said okay, change the shocks. The manager said that I needed to find the shocks. Then they would change them. It took me 2 days of calling, searching websites and sending emails before I found the right ones. They arrived at the dealer 3 days later. Spring Service picked them up to install them. Later they told me that my original shocks were good and did not need to be replaced. They checked everything else and could not find a solution. The manager admitted that they should have taken one of the original shocks off and tested it before having me order replacements. When I took the shocks back to the dealer, I was charged a $45 restocking fee. So they had my motorhome home for 6 working days, did not solve the problem and I lost $45.

I have mixed emotions with this place...the employees were friendly and knowledgable and did a good job fixing the suspension on my '88 Kdub, BUT i dropped close to $4000 there so my pocketbook is still feeling the sting...overall, you get what you pay for...and at Spring Service...you're gonna pay for it...
