I have nothing but good things to say about this shop! They have very reasonable prices, did the job quick and efficient. The employees and owner are very friendly and honest. They came and picked up my car from work and returned it quickly after the service. Very friendly family business. They earned a lifelong customer today!

Trudell’s Auto deserves 10 stars, providing superior service at a reasonable price. They know having an auto in the shop is inconvenient and work to return as quickly as possible. Andy has created a culture focused on people—his customers and his staff. They are an asset to the Jackson area. We highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful with your automotive needs here. Andy goes above and beyond. He is a phenomenal business owner and wonderful person. His staff do great work. I highly recommend Trudell‘s to anyone looking to get service done to their vehicle and save some money compared to the dealership.

I know there’s a saying that “there’s no such thing as an honest mechanic” well I’m here to tell you there is. I never thought in my life i would receive such honest and above and beyond service like I have from Trudell’s Auto Services. I originally went to my car dealership to get my car checked out and was getting charged a ridiculous amount. I was recommended to go to Trudell’s by a friend and I’m so happy I did. I saved over $1,000 going to Trudell’s. Trudell’s prices are very reasonable and he explained everything to me. As a woman I typically don’t like dealing with Auto shops just because i don’t feel respected but Andy and his team made me feel beyond respected. I truly felt cared for. Not only did they come and pick up my car from me but was beyond accommodating. They had to keep my car a little longer than expected. I ran into a conflict and needed to go to a board meeting that night. Andy the Owner is heaven sent and let me borrow a car so i could get to my meeting. Honest mechanics and body shops exist and Trudell’s is the real deal. He earned a forever customer out of me. If you want exceptional customer service and a high quality service without getting ripped off go to Trudell’s. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to.
