Great first time experience at this Tuffy. The owner Brian was very nice- great mechanic Kam who worked on my car. They explained everything to me and the work was done very efficiently. Really nice waiting room too! Will definitely be back!

They are great and their prices are reasonable, I bought 4 new tires for my car and changed the oil. Their work is very good and they are friendly, especially the young man in the waiting room. He is very nice and his dealings are excellent. However, I advise you to go with another car if you have work because it takes up time waiting for you. Do not go if you have an errand or another job so that your time is not wasted waiting alone. BTW I liked the coffee, thank you.

The two gentlemen at the front desks were very helpful and professional. They help helped two customers that came for filling pressure on their tires without charging them. One of the lady had a young with her and other older woman. When my car was finished and he came out and updated me that I didn’t need to replace the air filter and showed it to me. They’re honest and got my oil change done in a promptly. Above all the price is great and fair!

My first time having work done at Tuffy’s after living in Northville for 34 years. Took my daughter’s Jeep Compass in for a clunking noise coming from the front end. They had it fixed in 3 hours. Replaced the both LT and RT stabilizer bar links. Cost was very reasonable. Will be going back for future work!
