Had my front brakes & rotors done yesterday. Ashley was super knowledgeable, straightforward & honest. Ivory was very helpful & engaging. They don't look to 'fix' anything that doesnt need fixing.

Got an oil change off Groupon. They advertised a bumper to bumper inspection. The price for the extra oil was affordable unlike other places, however, they did not have capabilities to print a receipt and never provided any information about an inspection. I asked them to email the receipt and outcome and never received anything but an email asking for this review.

The techs at Tiffy are great!. Goty car in and they did a great job. No hassle, or trying to up sell me. I am so glad to have found a shop I can trust to repair my car.

I've been going to Tuffy for auto repairs going all the way back to when they were called Exhaust Pro's....almost 40 years now. They've ALWAYS done a great job. They're upfront with the cost estimates and have never told me I needed something done that I really didn't....Over the years I've dealt with Pat, and now Rodney, who took over for Pat after he retired. They've been in Omaha for decades and are family owned. They don't need to advertise on TV or radio....I've read all of the reviews. I apologize on their behalf if anyone has had a bad experience there.That is NOT typical.....For me, their work and reputation simply get passed around town by word of mouth, which to me beats any type of advertising.....Thank you Rodney, Ashley, Brianna and Tim for getting my Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 back up and running.

It was good service until they forgot to completely attach my underhood cover for my Porsche. It dragged all the way back home. I wasn’t aware until the vehicle got back home then having to take it all the way back out there was a lot. Overall ok service just very inconvenient. I live 25-30 minutes away so wasn’t happy about that.
