Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I have gone here for a few years now for my car's services. They do an array of things from oil change to brakes, tires, alignments, and many more. The last time here in Sept, my car had a very special concern. At first, they thought they wouldn't be able to assist me to fix it, but with it not sitting right with Steve & Rob, the technician they dug a little deeper into it & they were able to fix my car! & got me back on the road. Their work went above & beyond the normal care they give. They not only helped me get my car going again, it was at a decent price & and a bit cheaper than I was initially told, so that's always a bonus to save money. I really appreciate Rob fixing my vehicle in a timely matter plus guaranteeing they work. They stand by their work for their customers' peace of mind. I will continue to return here for my cars needs due to the care I continue to receive & quality of work. It's a must try if you're looking for an honest, hard-working place for your car's needs look no further than this Tuffy. Ty to Steve & Rob for helping me out! I appreciate it emensly.

Probably don’t come here until you need motivation to fix it yourself. Was having some electrical issues, guy was condescending and tried telling me it was a dimmer switch that made the lights not work (it wasn’t.) overall horrible customer service and not very good at their job. After a quick google search and check of a connector, I was able to replace it by MYSELF in about an hour and solve the issue. Hopefully they were just having an off day, but I won’t be back to try again.

I needed the rear brakes fixed on my pickup truck. I usually do my own, but it's winter. I took it to this tuffy location. I have had them do serious engine work here in the past and they did a great job. They took care of the brakes the same day. I saw on the bill that they used high quality pads and discs. They will last far longer than the warranty. The price they gave me was great for the repairs.

Jose was AMAZING at the Fuller st Tuffy. He went above anf beyond to find where my oil was leaking from. He did that while doing an oil change plus several other things included in their oil change service. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and he was so friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and didn't dumb it down for me because I'm a woman. I highly recommend this store and especially Jose. I'll be continuing to bring my van to them for service. THANK YOU Jose and the whole Tuffy crew!!!

Fixed my brake issue for a reasonable price. They provide pictures, video and explanation before the estimate. Extremely efficient and professional. Highest recommendation.
