Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Great business and great people! Me and my boyfriend came in today due to having a leak in my tire. This was one of the only places open on a Sunday, so huge props to the people working. We appreciate you guys so much! The service was amazing and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind! Highly recommend coming here!

Moved into the area and was recommended to go to Tuffy, Fenton on Owens Rd. Hadn't had the old girl in for service in a while due to the move so held my breath after dropping off. Dan looked her over thoroughly and gave a clean bill of health and some great recommendations for needed preventative maintenance. Picked the car up and....no charge. Love this place and will take all my maintenance and repair to them. Highly recommended.

I don't get my oil changes anywhere else. As a woman, I sometimes feel uncomfortable to go because I feel like I'm going to get taken advantage of for my low knowledge on vehicles and at this facility this is not the case. They are always so nice and kind and always ask if I have any questions. And don't try to upsell anything to me. The truck I drive is actually my husband's and it has a veteran plate on it and they always say "thank you for your service" and I also get a discount for it so I will always support a veteran supportive company. They also offer a water, cookie or coffee while waiting which is always wonderful! Ivan, Joe and Steve worked on my truck today and were all very pleasant to me and friendly as always. And also very quick too! Thanks guys! ♥️

Les and Dan made a lasting impression on us, never have I ever dealt with such hospitable, honest, and genuine mechanics or service managers. These guys make you feel comfortable the moment you walk into their store. They don't upsell and they always give you their honest opinion even if it doesn't make them a sale. We will continue to drive to the this location and trust this team to take care of all our vehicle needs! Thanks for making our weekend, we appreciate you guys!

These young men were knowledgeable and made sure that I was well taken care of. They didn’t try to upsell me and scanned my car to see why my check engine light was on and told me what I needed to fix. I also had a very delicious cookie while I was there! They offered me coffee or water as well. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed. I am so happy with this experience and will continue to all of my friends about it.
