Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Walled Lake

Took my wife's Challenger in on Saturday morning. Had a quote same day and car was ready Tuesday. Had the oil cooler and coolant sensor replaced. Fast, painless and was over $1000 cheaper than the dealership quote me. Becca was super helpful and polite. I tried to take my car there before about 6 months ago but that turned out to be a dealer only item. Saying that to say back then, they were super helpful, and just the other day, same great service. I appreciate businesses that care about their customers!

On my way to my daughter’s gymnastics competition on a Saturday my engine light came on. By the time we were finished I knew I had limited options on where I could take my car. I remembered a friend who spoke highly of the Tuffy in walled lake, so I gave them a call. I spoke directly to Scott the owner and he was able to get me in for a diagnostic before they closed. While waiting I enjoyed the massage chair and cool decor. Thankfully all I needed was the engine thermometer and casing replaced. My car was ready on Monday. Scott and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the fast service.

After a horrific experience at AutoZone…I called Scott at the Walled Lake Tuffy about issues I was having with my car battery. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he told me to come in and they would definitely help me. Within 15 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and Scott personally installed my new battery. As another bonus…my time in the waiting area was dare I say “enjoyable”. Comfy seats, great selection of snacks and drinks and a friendly woman running the front desk (I didn’t get her name). I will be giving them all my future business.

rude... I understood you don't control the marketing. I specifically requested the corporate number so that I could get the request to them myself and you refused. You didn't ask for my address either which I would have gladly given in order to be removed. You also didn't offer to reach out to your marketing team to remove my address. You just kept saying "no" "or " we don't control that" in a very condescending way. Had you actually offered to help with the solution you listed in your reply that would have been great! But you didn't. Seemed like you just wanted me off the phone. Like I said rude. Hope you offer this solution upfront if anyone else ever calls in with this request. Have a great day!
