Our toyota corolla was towed to Twins Auto because it could not start. The first diagnosis was that the car needed a new throttle body to the tune of $750.When my son went to assess progress on the repair , he was confronted with the news that the car needed a new engine(new motor) to the tune of $5,400.00. I personally called and confirmed this as well from Twin Auto. We however towed the car to Baxter Toyota for a second opinion and the initial diagnosis was that the key of the car was not communicating with the Engine and that the key was a valet key instead of the original. A new key was ordered and the car started and drove with no need for further repairs. I called and confronted the owner at Twins Auto asking how come their diagnosis could have been that wrong? I asked him to give my diagnosis money back and he refused and I told him that we will try to recoup our money via our credit card and he told me that he will dispute the request! Wrong diagnosis with no apology and you still get paid and refuse to return the money of a wrong diagnosis that could have unduly cost us $5,400.00 ??????????????? Life must be good at Twins Auto Repair where they can still make money with a wrong diagnosis !!!!!LOL

We used Twins Auto Repair in June after being stuck on the interstate. They were great! We had a big flat bed with a slide in camper. They took us to a repair shop at 9:00 one night. We would definitely recommend them!

Twins Auto is amazing! They are the mechanics for the Omaha Mobile Stage and are excellent at creative problem solving, taking on large projects, emergency repairs, and maintain our truck as it ages. Great customer service. Great prices. Awesome staff.

Took two hours after the scheduled time (scheduled more than a week in advance) to even look at my car. At this point I canceled services and took my car elsewhere. Receptionist has no idea what is going on in the shop. They managed to ruin my headliner with greasy handprints (why would you ever need to touch someone's headliner unless you're replacing it?) I doubt that they even have an alignment machine, since their web site it's full of stock photos and pre-written copy. Fortunately I was able to get a proper alignment from a competitor the next day. Total nightmare dealing with Twins Auto Repair.
