The owner is a crook and I have already reached out to the BBB and I have made a complaint...he fixed something that didn't need fixed and charged me over 500 dollars(thermostat) and the actual thing that needs fixed isn't fixed (the piece that opens the doors from hot and cold) and I told him this .. now he says the pieces that connects to there is broke so we have to take off the whole dashboard.. funny part is .. he did not call me I called to see if my car was ready and I got it with the news... I told them I was coming to get my car...he had the nerve to send his worker out (Brian) and said he has to collect the balance... I told him I'm not giving him🤬 the owner pat stayed in the back and never came out cause he knew exactly what he did... Then they acted like they didn't want to give my car back, I had to continuously ask for my car

Shady employees Shady owner. I went to this place to get some work done. I'm pretty handy with cars so I know how much things cost. When they told me the price of the repair I thought it was a little much but at the same time I just wanted it to get done. When I came back to pick the car up the owner said oh yeah we did a great job we replaced like four to five things I didn't realize we're getting replaced. I was in such shock I just paid for it and wanted to get out of there. The next day I was washing my car and I saw damage to my rim. They had to remove this rim to do the work. I brought it up to the supervisor and he denied it he then said do you want to talk to the owner I talked to the owner then he denied it. Then he gave me some bull story about if you think we did it why don't you call the police and have the police come here proceeding to tell me some story about a lady that had her window damaged said it was them they denied it and told her to call the police the police showed up and he wasn't found at fault, as he was telling me this story I just walked away in disbelief and did not want to waist any more time with this ridiculous story. I went to the parts store to get some paint to touch up the damage thinking to myself well maybe they didn't do it. Then the auto parts store guy pointed out to me oh yeah you can see right here where the impact gun socket bounced off the rim here and then hit here. Don't go here Shady prices and when they damage your car they'll deny it and tell you to call the police.

My serpentine belt broke unexpectedly while I was several hours from home. I walked in the shop 2 minutes before they closed and they stayed after hours to help me out. I can't thank them enough for their kindness

Guys charging for every move, it took them two and a half hours to check pressure in a tire in charge hundred dollars for it shame on you

This establishment is a sham. The owner seems like a gentleman but flips in no time with an aberrant behavior as soon as you question his practice. They charge way more than a certified service shop and stack unrequired charges on your bill. The owner is always pushing for more and more. I had to tow my car in a couple of weeks back as it quit running on me and the owner made me sign $173 charge for diagnosis first thing I walked in. After 2 days of keeping it in the shop they come back with an unbelievable diagnosis. On questioning the diagnosis the owner went crazy on me. I asked that I will only pay for diagnosis so he tried charging me twice. After continued talking with him that his diagnosis has oil change as a recommendation, even though oil change was performed only a week prior. He threatened me that he will call the cops on me, and called me cheap for questioning him, but then asked his worker to push the car out and charge for only an hour. When I went ahead to pay the charge he asked that I pay only in cash and not use my card, in turn wanted me to run to bank and bring back money. Not sure what he did in my absence but car was not fixed even after applying his diagnosis to fix it. All in all the owner needs to cool down his temper and do legitimate job on the vehicle. P.S.- I am a student and informed this to the owner the moment I walked into the store but he still tried to cash in on me.
