He came out and jump started my tesla battery in downtown around 1am. He was efficient and a super cool guy. He also wrote up additional work so my insurance could help cover the cost. Great guy who helped me out in a tough situation.

I was in dire need of roadside assistance since my car suddenly stopped. I called U.S Towing Fresno CA and immediately they answered their phone and within 25 - 30 minutes Yasmin came. He was VERY patient, kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is that they need to get their mechanic shop.

Huge thanks to Omar for helping me get my semi truck jumpstarted. it wasn't starting first but Omar waited there patiently with his cables connected to my semi. Took about 15 minutes but eventually we got it to start. Service was straightforward and they got there quick! will recommend to family and friends

My passenger right front tire blew out , I was on the 99 south, when I pulled over there wasn't enough room, there was a brick wall and the park wasn't big enough, I was close to the highway. Yaseen was the tow truck driver, it didn't take him long to get there, I am as scared with all the traffic going by so fast and it was loud. Yaseen was professional, kind and very experienced. He got my car up to pull to safety to change my tire. I was afraid for him being so close to the street with on coming traffic. He was quick and thorough on what he was doing in no time. We were at 7-Eleven in an area where he could change the tire. Yaseen was friendly and very kind, He did an awesome job, he even gave me pointers on driving on a spare, and how fast to go and be safe. I would recommend this company to everyone, and hopefully you get Yaseen if you are in a panic situation like I was. Thank you Yaseen. God bless you
