I had a wonderful experience getting my inspection from Mike. He was so kind and quick and made the process easy. I was changing my cars registration from NJ to NY so I was a little lost on the whole process and he made this part very easy. It was only $10 and I had a hard time getting my NJ registration sticker off but they scraped it off for me and put the new inspection sticker on. I will definitely be returning for all my inspections!

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on my suburban! It broke down while on a family vacation in Manhattan, and I was at a loss of what to do, when I came across the nice reviews for the shop. I can truly say that they were a blessing, and got our suburban fixed the very next day and ready for our 10 hour drive back home. Excellent prices and wonderful service!

I went into this shop for the first time and Mike and his team took care of me as if I was their own daughter. I really appreciate when people show you your faulty part and show you the new part they got, the brand and the invoice for the parts, and Mike did that! Very honest work. I called Mike asking him about my water tank and thermostat and he was able to give me straight forward answer over the phone which I appreciated. Mike quoted me a great and very fair price and even trusted me to leave and come back. Good man good people that put their customer’s satisfaction first.

My previous auto service center in Long Island City has been closed for a few years so I starting seeing the dealer for service. After bringing my car in for an annual inspection, I was told that I needed my breaks repaired, new rear hub bearings, and a CVT fluid flush. I was quoted nearly $3000 for this work. At which, point, I decided to seek other estimates or potentially purchase a new car. I went online and looked at google reviews for auto care service centers, and Ultimate came highly recommended. I don't usually trust reviews, but I decided to give the place a shot. I made an appointment, and was asked to leave car. A few hours later, I received a call from Mike confirming that I needed the work but he gave me a price which was less than one-third what the dealer was charging. When I came in the next day, the car was ready at the appointed time, and the car ran beautifully. Thank you all who recommended this place.
