I just moved to the area and I was looking for a new Oil Change place for my vehicles. After 3 visits to different places and having "unpleasant experiences" , I found exactly what I was looking for: great, knowledgeable staff, prompt service and reasonable price for oil change and coolant flush. Very friendly and professional. Tech was very knowledgeable about questions I asked. He was patient in answering the questions and made sure I understood the information that was being relayed. The absolute best, fastest service ever! They're usually done before I even realize it and my car always run amazing afterwards. It doesn't hurt that they're all so nice and helpful. I can't say enough good things.

I usually get my oil changed at the dealer, but I couldn’t get in before a weekend trip. I decided to try Uncle Ed’s on Orchard Lake & 12 mile & I’m so glad I did! They were super friendly, fast and efficient and their customer service went above and beyond. They even replaced a lost screw at no charge. I was very impressed and will take my cars there for oil changes from now on!
