Grumpy old man and his lack of customer service- Ordered online. Never got any updates about my order. Called and they guy on the phone told me he would look it up and call me back. No call back so I called the next day. No answer. Called from a different phone number and a grumpy old man answered the phone. I explained again asking about an order status. He tells me he is just getting them in and they will be 33% more than what I already ordered them for on the website 5 days before. The guy told me to just pay more or cancel the order. No kindness or anything. The guy was kind of jerk and I told him let me get back to him and he just hung up. Ordered from Burrisracing and the tire was at my door in 2 days. Same price too. Look at the other reviews, these guys just don't care

Ralph was super helpful and went out of his way to get us the specialty parts we needed and get us set up for my son's first race weekend. Great store, lots of stuff in stock and friendly folks.

We ordered wheels on May 5th 2020 it is now July 18th and we have not got them but he took the payment of $187.00 . He keeps telling my husband that they are coming. He is NOT reputable.
