I chose to remain anonymous because this happened already, and it's fixed, but i can't bring myself to stay quiet, so I made a second account. Before i go into it, I just want to say Adam is a really great guy. It just sucks that the job was performed so poorly. Just learn how to do your own music, AVOID. Firstly, product wise, they sell/recommended very old school products. Im talking early 2000s, Kenwood amps, Sony amps, etc. Those are a thing of the past. I was set on a he talked me out of it, ended up buying a taramps by myself anyways when i rewired everything myself. The speakers he sold me on also kinda sucked. They were sound quality opposed to loudness, only 80 RMS. The sad part is when I switched them out for PRV neodymium 6.5s, they sound CLEARER and get LOUDER than what they recommend to me. Installation wise was a NIGHTMARE. They cut my stock wire harness..thats fine whatever, but they sell an adapter on EBAY to turn my stock signal into RCA outputs. Whatever, I didn't know that existed til later. Idc that they cut my stock wire harness, but they didn't tape the ends of the wire, they were left exposed. If those wires touched each other or bare metal while I was driving, the factory amp would've burned out, meaning no music and possibly blown head unit.. They also cut the wires really short, so it was hard to reach when I rewired the car. I assume they did this, so if i ever had a problem, I'd have to bring it back to them and not anyone else. Not to mention, they also used the wrong wiring diagram for my car. I rewired everything, and nothing was matching up. It did, however, match up for an older model year of my car. I dont understand, i paid $120 for the correct wiring diagram online. If you're a music shop, would you not already have the tools/program to obtain wiring diagrams for any car? They also charged me $100+ for a 4 gauge wiring kit... Learn to wire your music yourself. It may be intimidating, but at least you know what is done to your car, learn from my mistakes REPLY TO ADAM: 1. In order to tap into the stock wire system, you'd have to cut the stock wires, then join together after market wires to run to the amp, which was done. So yes, wires were cut. I'll attach photos i took when i still had this setup. You can even see two exposed wires in the photos, the rest were tucked behind the panel. If a customer, such as myself, who was new to music, did not know that the adapter existed, wouldn't it benefit you to educate them about the adapter. I understand you're a business, and you can charge more labor since the adapter is plug in play, but c'mon, it's better to be honest. 2. I asked you over and over if the Focals I purchased would work. You said yes they would work fine. You did say the bamboo ones would be better, but as you stated in your response, it was not in my BUDGET, and your shop accommodates for all budgets. 3. You directed me in the direction of the Sony amp, I ordered it off of Amazon cause it was cheaper, as opposed to paying $220ish from your shop. Again, I understand you need to make a profit, but yes, I did buy all my own materials. And yes, you discounted the labor, which I appreciate 4. Yes my sub was previously installed, however none of the issues laid with the sub. The sub was tapped in from the stock subwoofer signal in the back of the car. I even asked if you wanted to redo the wiring of the sub to start fresh, but you said you could work around it. And I did attempt to contact you to install a LC8i. You said the whole car would need to be rewired and now I understand why. You also never disconnected the ANC from my car which you said would be included, so for months, whenever I hit the gas pedal, random frequencies would be playing from the sub, and it was driving me crazy. I ended up having to do that myself as well. Not to mention, the LOC installed kept dangling by the gas pedaI. I don't care it's done. It's over. I was a 19 year old kid, and I learned a lot of lessons, I just had to reply and get a few things straight. All the best to you, Adam

Adam is the man! I recently had my Jeep SRT’s audio system upgraded by Adam. He installed a sub I previously owned and amplified my new speakers. The car sounds amazing! Very professional work in one day and his price was very fair. Night and day difference between my stock system and the upgrades by Adam. Would definitely recommend Uncle Jack’s to anyone. Thanks Adam!

I came into Adam’s store after looking for the closest place that could change out my Camaro’s radio, and I had to look no further. Adam hooked me up right away, gave me the best options for my car, and gave me suggestions that were honest. He even went as so far to dissuade me from a more expensive unit for a more reliable one, even though he would make less money. On the day of the installation, he and his team made sure I was happy with the results, and finished up an hour earlier than expected. He worked with me to set up a financing plan, talking to customer service on my behalf, and didn’t even get frustrated when I suddenly wanted to pay in full and cancel my financing agreement. Only good things to say about this place.

I recently picked up a 1990 Buick Riviera and it had a faulty sound system due to its age. I called, came in and asked a bunch of questions. Adam answered every one of my silly questions and gave me a great breakdown of options of what needs to be done and how they do it. I later scheduled a date to come in again and get everything hooked up. I went with a Jensen 8in wireless CarPlay unit that Adam recommended for my budget along with some Kenwood speakers for the front and rear. On the day of assembly, I met George who installed all of the hardware. George was immensely knowledgeable about my car as well as cars of that era. I would feel incredibly comfortable bringing a classic here under George and Adam’s watch. George went ABOVE and BEYOND in taking care of my vehicle, I don’t say that lightly. They were clean and concise with the install along with putting the old stuff in the trunk. I couldn’t have been happier. They did such an incredible job that I went ahead the next day and took my mom’s car, a 21 Toyota RAV4 in to get a remote start system for Christmas since she has been hinting at it for a while. The team absolutely crushed it and had it done the same day. Everything works great and I would highly recommend them. TLDR: They do clean, concise work, have a great understanding of their products, are professional, punctual, and take impeccable care of your ride. 10/10

Brought my 2013 nissan altima s , to get some upgrades. Initially came in with a pioneer double din audio radio and just asked for install. Adam told me some pros and cons based on his experiences with car audios , and he knew Nissans well from personal history of cars. Adam educated me on many things, answered all my questions in person and we ended up going with a Sony unit he had just received in stock over the pioneer I had. Also ended up getting a back up camera , tinted windows , and LED lights I came in on a Tuesday, I got booked for the Thursday same week, car was done in less hours than anticipated! Adam thank you so much my friend , i wish you and the business tons of blessings I will be back soon! - Evo B.
