This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. The woman at the front reception needs to take classes on business ethics and proper customer service. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, so treat them that way! They should always feel valued, heard, and supported whenever they interact with you, not dismissed or talked down to. Keeping your conversations respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful makes the difference. This place fixed one thing and broke another thing in my car. And then refused to repair what they broke. Truly not a place you want to take your car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

Friday 4:35 pm. Guys—There was a female mechanic!!! never have I been so happy to meet someone in my life… ! family business.. loved her! The brother was handsome. Great feeling about them. I so enjoyed it. Lived around the corner all my life !

Haven't had any issue with them until today! Great they fixed my car but damaged one of my wheels. Before I left when I dropped off, I said please be careful with my wheels. On the way out I checked my wheels because I'm anal about them and didn't see anything. I go to pick up and check my wheels, what do I find one wheel damaged. Just great. Go in to talk with them but I kinda figured they wouldn't take responsibility and I can't prove it. He said he was going to check the cameras but they didn't park it near any curb. I showed him that it's fresh and the paint is chipping off the wheel. He couldn't say anything but he'll check the cameras. I doubted that he would but surprisingly he called and wanted me to come down but he doesn't see anything. A waste of my time and his because Idk if he could even really see it based on his camera view. All I know is that I didn't drop my car off like that and now I have to spend even more money to go get something fixed that I didn't do. As I told him I'm not that person to try to get over and make such a big deal about it. He even said my wheels looks new!!! Lol But it's all good. They lost a customer and I'm pretty sure they could careless but I'm a believer in Karma and you reap what you sew. I left the call on a good note and told him to have a nice holiday although he is costing me more for mine. It comes back one way or the other.

Service is terrible..went in for a alternator and a belt repair...left with pouring oil that they denied they did...no oil leak where car was parked before repair...after it was fixed...oil everywhere outside...they denied it...but the same area where the work was performed....DO NOT TRUST THEM
