This place is very unprofessional. First told me it would take a week to get it done. It took them two weeks to complete. The paint job was terrible with runs. Areas had chips and they just painted over it. I took it back and the owner said it would be done in a couple of days. Two weeks later and they barley re-painted the day I was suppose to pick it up. I go pick it up at the time they told me and it still wasn’t finished. Never again and I highly do not recommend this place.

If I can rate a 0 I would, Please take your business else where . Save your time !! First the owner or the older man who think he's young is VERY RUDE , he thinks he's better than you. this guy has no manners at all , doesn't know how to speak to people. If you don't have good customer service why you running a company that needs customers. He spoke very rude to me, and I didn't appreciate that, when I did nothing wrong to trigger his nasty demeanor The rating on this page goes to show , what this company is about !!! Stay away !!!!

Started bad when they told me my car was done so I took a $20 Uber to united only to find out my car wasn’t ready. They took me home and called me 2 days later saying it was done. The front bumper has come apart on a regular basis over the last year since I got the car back. They never connected the front turn signals and I had to connect the drivers side myself but when I contacted the passenger side it doesn’t work so they must have used the same bulb when replacing the entire front bumper and grill so the passenger side turn signal doesn’t work. They left rags or something covered in paint thinner on the rear end so I have 2 big spots of ruined paint.

They helped me through my insurance when someone tried to steal my car. They did such a good job cleaning it and after I received the car it died. We took it back and it ended up being not related but they were kind with us and professional, even cleaned the tires. Only complaint was the glass clean up there was still quite a lot under the seat but considering how much glass was back there I’m not upset about it. They seem like a honest shop. Recommend 👍

My experience with this company was all stars! They took my car in with no problem, they fixed my car so quickly and efficiently and they left it like brand new. They also cleaned the interior and outside! I couldn’t be any more happy thank you guys for your work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update! Our poor I-Pace was involved in another accident in which we were innocent victims of road rage and our right front was damaged. United Collision couldn't have done a better job! The car looks perfect and was returned to like-new condition. A surprise was also left in the trunk in the form of some of our not so heavily damaged old parts. I don't know of any shops that do that without begging. Honest and trustworthy defines them. Previous.... Our new Jaguar I-Pace suffered a boo-boo on the trunk lid after a back up incident and we were heart broken that our new car had a blemish. United Collision fixed our broken heart and we have our car back looking like new. The paint is matched perfectly and the finish is as good as the factory (which is really good). The work was quick and on time. It wasn't a very complex repair but I'm happy nonetheless.
