I went to the shop to get something repaired that a friend of the owner had done to my car. I must say I respect his professionalism and the staffs courtesy. I mean I didn't get treated as well as a paying customer but they are very knowledgeable and when I did get my car in there the work was pristine and they didn't cut corners and get aftermarket parts. I would definitely do business with them and advise a family member or friend to go there. Bumper is A1 right now. So needless to say I'm content. Forget the owner's name but he's a stand up guy.

I was in a jam with my car and was referred by a friend. Some tow services and workers take advantage of young women all I have to say is these people where ON TIME, ON POINT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND SUPER REASONABLE on picking up my BMW X5. Thank you Domenic for being professional! I will share my experience and continue referring this company!

While waiting for a tow (over 3 hours) I actually watched an accident occur, resolve, and have both cars towed before my driver even called, despite assurances this was the fastest towing company in Queens. Unfortunately this was through USAA so perhaps they need to partner with better companies. If given the choice, do not use!

This business parks their damaged cars and trucks all over the neighborhood, creating an eyesore and taking up parking for the residents. They must be in cahoots with the police because the police do nothing! Update... They are gone!
