Universal Collision

Took them 7 months and didn’t even finish. I was always told in two weeks I would of appreciated if they had been honest. They painted my car the wrong color so they had to redo it. When I got my car back my rims had over spray you can see in pictures they never looked glossy again seems like clear coat overspray trunk and gas cap had overspray of paint and they had sanded my pillars. The car gaps on the trunk and back bumper weren’t even/lined up right. The paint job had swirls just didn’t have the nice glossy look it should of had. I called them to let them know and they said they would fix it but I didn’t want to be without a car again for months. So in the end I decided to just sell it. They were always short staffed but I don’t understand why keep taking jobs if they don’t have the staff to complete them in a timely manner. I do also have pictures of my rims and pillars before. I had just paid $350 to get my rims powder coated a few months prior

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Communication sucks. Trying to speak with someone at the shop is harder than winning the lottery. The car was fix correctly. Yes . Thats why they have my 2 stars. But other than that, they treat you like you’ve never been at the shop after they get paid. 2 stars.

I took my Kia to Universal Collision. This would be my second car accident on 8 months(rear end), and I was bummed about having to leave the car again. Isaac and Arturo were wonderful during the whole process. They took care of my car , and communicated with my insurance adjuster the whole process. Not only did they put my car together well, they even washed my car! They went above and beyond for me to ensure my car was back on the road. Thank you, Universal Collision! 🙂

This is the place to go to if you want the job done right! My wife just purchased a car and wanted some custom work done to fit the look that she was going after. Not only did they achieve this look, they did it for cheaper than all of their competitors. This is definitely a place I would recommend to all friends and family for any of their auto body needs. Had a great experience getting the damage on my car repaired here. Had damage on both the front and back, and the car was returned to me like new. Ask for Arturo!! He was very helpful and kind :)
