University Tire and Auto Repair is excellent, and I highly recommend them. Booking online was simple, they sent pricing (labor/parts) via text for easy approval or decline. They also included photos of recommended repairs, which helped me make informed decisions. Any additional issues were quickly communicated, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Not easy to find a place like this, but once you do, you have to recommend them!

I can only say positive things about this place. It was one the places that offers AAA discounts. I called and spoke to Brianna (I apologize if I misspelled it) to get a quote over the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. I went the same day to drop off the deposit for my tires (they had to order them since they didn't have them in stock that same day) I dropped off my car the next day. They changed all of my tires and did an alignment. A gentleman was very consistent to let me know the update on my car ( I can't remember his name, I'm sorry) I am very satisfied with the overall services both on my car and customer service. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Briana was attentive and communicated well via text about when our tire would be replaced due to having a screw in it. They fixed it the same day and were understanding about us arriving near closing time to pickup. Excellent service!

I received excellent customer service at University Tire & Auto Service for my tire repair. All of my questions were answered, wait time was reasonable. I am a very satisfied first time customer.
