I don't recommend getting your car repaired here. My phone cable and holder were missing from my car. The car was not repaired properly. They gave me a car with a crooked wheel. I could hear a clear noise coming from the wheel, the mechanic drove with me twice in the car and lied that he didn’t hear anything. Another car service immediately found the problem and fixed it. this is the worst experience I've had.

My husband was in a car accident and while he was under duress with a head injury while being evaluated by the EMTs they had him "sign" paperwork saying they could tow the car. No one called them or their partnered company to do a tow. Even after I expressed that we had roadside assistance and to not tow the car over the phone. While I was on the way to the scene of the accident, it was towed anyway. We tried going to the police to find out where it was towed to, but they had no record of accident being reported or tow truck picking up the vehicle from accident. We get a call the next day to get the car only to find out that to get the vehicle from them will be $1700. That charge is over $800 more than getting it towed in the county area. For a black owned business they are ripping you off at the end of the day!!! Do not spend your money with them!!!!

My sister in law had a horrible experience with this “place of business” she went in to get her car fixed from an accident. When she went o go pick it up there was more damage than what she brought the car in for. Such as scratches on the roof of the car that wasn’t there prior, the side mirror was damaged, and now it’s making a humming noise that wasn’t there before. My sister in law has pictures to prove what was there before they took the car in as well. This unprofessional company doesn’t want to hold themselves accountable for their actions. This is unacceptable and they need to fix the damage or pay for the damages to get fixed. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately I can’t. Also, if you read this review you know exactly who I’m referring to.

Scammers! INSURANCE FRAUD is what this place is all about. They will try to slip in a side deal and cancel out your deductible altogether to get you as a customer in their garage and then upcharge your insurance on repairs so they get paid more money and then leave you with whatever “repairs” or DAMAGES they do to your car! This is a brand new car that was hit while it was parked. Found this place and sent it to them. Picked up the car having scratches and suspension damage that was never there because as previously stated, it is brand new with barely any miles put on it.

DO NOT TAKE your car here at ALL! Poor communication and the receptionist are ALL uninformed. ONLY THE OWNER KNOWS ANYTHING AND HE OR SHE IS UNREACHABLE! they don't track part orders with updated technology. Imani will SCREEN your calls if you ask for updates. They will LIE to you and say your car is ready, but when you arrive at their establishment, they will give you the run AROUND and say they need more time to fix your car. THEY DID THIS TO ME 3 TIMES TO ME. They stripped my car for repairs, so now they won't allow me to SEE MY CAR. Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AT ALL
