The lady at the front desk seriously needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I can't tell if she was having a rough day or just doesn't enjoy her job, but the way she interacted with customers was downright unpleasant. She was initially rude during check-in, and although I chose to overlook it, things took a turn for the worse. While waiting for my car inspection, an older gentleman politely requested her to include a question about batteries. Instead of offering assistance, she smugly insisted that she didn't have to add a question just for him. He calmly explained that his car had been recently serviced, and had he known that disconnecting the battery would be an issue, he wouldn't have brought it in. Despite his composed response, she arrogantly asserted that they already ask enough questions and any changes were solely for him. As it turns out, the reason he requested the additional question was that they automatically failed him and made him pay because the battery had been disconnected less than 100 miles prior. The front desk clerk should have clarified this instead of being so impolite. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and I eventually decided to walk out. Someone really needs to sit down with her and discuss the importance of treating customers with respect. Management should not allow employees to treat people this way—it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
