WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I walked in on November 8th explaining that my steering wheel had no electrical power I broke it down and explain that when I try to honk the horn there's nothing when I touched the up and down arrows to go through my menu on my dash there's nothing I cannot check my oil because of not being able to use the buttons could not check how much mileage was on the car which was affecting my job. after a day or two I went back into talked to them since I had left the car there to get done and was told it needed a clock spring I applied for koalifi credit and was approved for $1200. Later I found out they ordered used parts from LKQ and my part was only $120. After about 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks they told me to come pick up the car it was done when I got there I still was having the same issue no electrical power in the steering wheel I went to talk to the manager about what happened and was told that they accidentally replaced the rack and pinion instead of the clock spring how in the world is there that much of a miscommunication on what is supposed to get done so I was told by the manager that he would take care of it. I went back two weeks later to pick up the car after being told it was done. And it was not driving properly the stabilitrak was not coming on as well as power steering and those are signs were not coming on when I dropped the car off. So I was told I had to leave the car again finding out that the rack and pinion which they were never supposed to touch in the first place was defective and they had to reorder the part we waited another week and a half for a part to come that part wasn't the right part waited another week for a part to comeand when it finally did after they put it in I went back to pick the car up after having it over New Year's Eve realizing my car was still not driving right the stabilitrak and power steering is still coming on which it never did when I dropped it off. I go back January 2nd to show the manager Georgie Georgia of what's going on and have a mechanic test dryvit they tell me to drop the car off in the morning and leave it so that they can do another inspection when I go back January 3rd to pick the car back up now they're telling me the lower control arms and struts need to be replaced at that point I was furious I literally just had a shop replace those same exact parts that can only tell me that the mechanics at USA Auto service are uneducated not qualified the type of miscommunication to touch a part that they weren't supposed to in the first place is disgusting I've emailed corporate multiple times never received an email back or a phone call on everything that's transpired I have proof from LKQ that the parts that they had replaced are all under $300 put together. How are you pulling 1200 from KOALIFI? I was told labor was 75.00 an hour and it only took 2 hours 4 hours at Max to do the work. Looks like fraud to me number one add number two corporate already knows what's going on and the crooked s*** that's going on in there otherwise they would have reached out to me at some point since they've had the car for 2 months. Now to find out that they broke brand new parts that were put in is ridiculous I literally brought the car from one shop that fixed all that stuff directly to them to fix the electrical power issue in my steering wheel. They have completely destroyed my car put me in debt with a auto finance company that you can't send documents to and a domino effect that took place because they had the car for 2 months and destroyed it in the end. They are very nonchalant people nobody really has anything to say at this point it's a bunch of women running the shop and Krystal who answers the phone will never have a clue on what's going on with the cars. At least when Nico was there he did his due diligence to update you on your vehicle. You have to stay on them about your own car they won't let you know when they're done inspecting it. And according to Georgie they rode around in my car all day. But why lie to me and say the errors are not coming on

Came here due to a headlight out, came with a new one to see if it'd help. It didn't, & they quoted us 1700 . After YouTube, found the fuse box responsible & was a 10$ fix. RED FLAG!!! They literally assumed the worse without checking the simple stuff which is crazy. Don't go here on your worst day. Response for the business: This was my husbands car, hence his invoice. Which is clearly this location. Unfortunately, I couldn't warn him in time to not go there, for ANYTHING, after my personal experience in 2022. Advice? YouTube & motivate yall man to get hands on.

STAY FAR AWAY if you want to take care of your vehicle. If I could give negative stars, I would. None of the USA AUTO shops should be allowed business. Newer to Las Vegas- got a recommendation from someone who worked on my car (aesthetics/decorative) when I believed my warranty was then up and a check engine light had come on. They had recommended a specific mechanic and, I had yet to find someone or a shop I trusted and this is what I found instead: It took me a while to realize all that they did to sabotage my vehicle and even after going back to request paperwork.. they managed to attempt a 2nd sabotage by bending my alternator connector pin and telling me I needed a new battery and alternator before I got out of there for good.. This shop is guilty of giving a misdiagnosis, taking good parts out of your car and selling you junk parts. This shop is guilty of ‘losing’ your paperwork and ‘unable’ to contact your previous mechanic with their company. The management had changed 3 times since I originally walked in this past July. 1. Incorrect and unnecessary parts put into my car. 2. Parts put in incorrectly. 3. Damage to my ECM. 4. Taking the pin to my alternator connector and physically bending it and telling me that I need a new alternator and battery. 5. Verbal harassment over the phone after telling me they had no idea why my car was in their lot. The paperwork from when I brought my car in was ‘missing’ and that they were going to charge me for ‘using their lot as a parking lot’ until.. my insurance re contacted them and they changed their tune and magically ‘found my paperwork’ but, were unable to locate my previous mechanic or contact him. Serious warning.. stay away from this shop and all other USA AUTO shops.

Horrible. Told me I would be here for 15 no more than 30 minutes for a tire rotation. Got here 755am and didn’t leave until 940am with nothing done. I will not be returning here. Always doing more than what you ask wasting your time they don’t know how to conduct business at all. I wish I can give 0 stars.

They are liars and scammers. They told me I blew my engine, and it would cost me $5,000 to repair it and that I should just sell it to them for $1,000 so they can resell it as a used. I went to another location. They only found a crack in my oil tank. No engine problems. They fixed my tank for $200. Stay away from USA Auto Service!!!
