As of right now they get a 1 because that's the lowest I can give. Now I took my vehicle there for a water pump replacement got my vehicle back, the check engine like is on, my car cuts off every 3 blocks or so... On top of that my engine is shaking which it's wasn't when I brought it here. Now the owner is trying to blame me for the bad performance on their part. I'll be back with another review hopefully it'll be good but right now I'm disappointed with the service.

Do not go here. First of all, there are nails and small pieces of metal all over the parking lot. Second, they sold me a “new” starter for $400 that lasted less than 6 months. I went back and they told me it “happens” sometimes and there was nothing they could do for me. They wanted to sell me another for the same price. Do not give these people your money

These guys are amazing! Open 24 hours and are super nice and helpful. I was traveling through NY heading to Arkansas (20 hour drive) and I had a brake line bust on me. They got me taken care of that same night! They were 100% honest and upfront about everything. Don’t hesitate to check them out.

Another mechanic quoted me a ridiculous amount with all these issues I needed to have fixed which I didn’t believe. I went to this shop instead and was told a much lower price and that I only needed 1 part replaced. If you want a mechanic you can trust, Usmania Auto Repair is the place for you.

Replaced my front and rear brakes here a couple of weeks ago (pads and disks). They did a very good job and the price was fair.
