Phil is awesome. Customer service is awesome. Needed an intake valve control solenoid. Brought it in and they had it done within 1-1/2 hr.. Problem solved. My check engine light off. Highly recommend them. And their pricing, you cannot beat, thank you, Phil.

I went into the one on Decatur for an engine light. It was a Evap code. , The evaporator canister had been scraped under the car, they charge me $460 to tape a wire, two days later the engine light came back on Then they wanted another 1100 to fix something they should’ve fixed in the first place,, This place Is really shady, I went to another rep mechanic shop, which charged me $360 to do this correctly, if I could give zero stars I would, it’s a shame places like this are ripping people off, they need to be reported to the department of motor vehicles Which I will do

VIP Auto service is Very Professional and so helpful and very skilled and superior and knowledgable in there profession. They have been so nice and patience with me and guided me on what i needed to do on my smog test that was rejected several times. To get my car to set everything that needed to set. So i can finally take the smog test without being rejected. I would recommend everyone to them if i could.....Shanna G.

This place is AWESOME ..! I purchased the wrong coupon on Groupon for this place. Instead of them turning me away, the wonderful woman at the front applied the price I paid on Groupon to my oil change & I just had to pay the difference. She was also soo helpful on teaching me the differences in oils . NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE FAST && EFFICIENT. I definitely recommend EVERYONE to come here for any of your automotive needs. You will leave HAPPY && your car will be HAPPIER

I purchased my car used and yes there was some issues. VIP has been great helping me get my car right. I like how they show you exactly what's wrong and fix the problem honestly. Very friendly staff makes me feel comfortable trusting my car with them.

Brought my 2011 Ford Focus here and worked with Phil both in person and over the phone. Phil was able to get a full suspension workup and valve cover done in same day. He's super communicative, and friendly. Great service from front desk all the way to their work. Definitely would come back again for future vehicle service needs.

Don't trust these people. I went there to get an oil change several months back. Fast forward to present day, I'm getting an oil change and find out that my air filter was straight up gone. They also messed up the bolt for my oil pan to the point where the next place had to find an oversized bolt to seal it properly. When you go in for an oil change they will tell you that you need all this stuff for your car and later you will find out you never needed it at all. Do. Not. Trust. This. Company.

Employees are always friendly. Oil changes are priced right. Never feel pressured to approve repairs that aren't an immediate concern. They are always willing to work with you. Mechanics are good about showing and explaining the issues they find.
