V&J Auto Body - Lindenhurst

I have nothing but great things to say about V&J Auto Body! I have a Tesla and majority of quotes I was receiving for my repair was to replace the quarter panel & door (which can be quite pricey). V&J was able to perfect my Tesla with JUST bodywork and no replacing! My Tesla is like brand new again and it is such a relief! The service was so quick (1 week), phenomenal, and Donna was the sweetest. They even charged my car to 100% when I picked it up which helped a ton since I live far from their shop. V & J went above and beyond to take care of me after my car was hit while parked. Donna and her team were very communicative throughout the whole process and very quickly got me into a comparable rental car so I could still get around while my car was getting repaired. My car looks good as new and I’m very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend working with them if your Tesla is in need of repair.

My Range Rover is good as new!! Someone smashed into the side of my parked car and then ran off…V&J made a really annoying situation as painless as possible. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From my first time phone call to them - I had no idea how to deal with the jerks at the other woman’s insurance company. V&J made me feel safe and secure and let me know they would take care of the entire process and they stood by their word!! They treated me like family!! Actually better than family!! God forbid I’m ever in an accident they will be my first phone call. They are such pros - they fought with the insurance company for me. I truly felt so taken care of. Wow just wow! You gals are really the best! Thank you for such a beautiful job!

Excellent job they did to my car fixed everything like brand new and excellent customer service because they follow up and update me to all the information in my insurance when I had accident. The V&J auto body shop are more than 5 stars review to me. The employees and all his mechanics are excellent and my car they fixed it like brand new before and after picture. Maria and her team at V&J are the best. Messaged pictures for a quote, came to an agreement, and someone came to pickup my Model Y almost right away. They delivered the car back to me in pristine condition (even detailed the interior which has been a nightmare with two little ones). I appreciate the great communication, door to door service, and the work done on my car. I will not hesitate to utilize V&J again.
