Got quoted $300 for a simple shock replacement job on a strut assembly that was already removed from a vehicle. Got it done for $35 per side at a local shop. This place is criminal. Would stay away at all cost unless you are swimming in money.

Estou extremamente chateada com a experiência na mecânica. Cheguei lá com o problema do carro já diagnosticado pela BMW e solicitei um orçamento. Após deixar o carro por 2 horas, recebi o orçamento, que incluía uma taxa de $75 pelo tempo de trabalho pelo orçamento. Em nenhum momento fui informada previamente sobre essa cobrança, o que me deixou muito frustrada. Já sabendo o problema do carro, teria compreendido e concordado com a taxa, mas a falta de transparência me decepcionou, especialmente porque agendei com antecedência. I'm extremely upset about my experience at the auto shop. I arrived with the car issue already diagnosed by BMW and requested a quote. After leaving the car for 2 hours, I received the estimate, which included a $75 charge for the time spent on the quote. At no point was I informed in advance about this fee, which left me very frustrated. Knowing the car problem beforehand, I would have understood and agreed to the charge, but the lack of transparency disappointed me, especially since I had scheduled the appointment in advance.
