They took excellent care of my car. I went in for an oil change and to get a new tire, they recommended two tires (which makes sense, usually you're either changing out two, or the whole set) and gave me a couple options depending on my price range. When they got started, they called me right away to let me know they also found an issue with my brakes. I was already aware something seemed off with my brakes, but someone convinced me it was the ABS so I'd put off checking it out. I'm so glad they were able to take care of the issue before myself or anyone else got injured. Not having good brakes is SO so dangerous! Excellent work and excellent communication, they gave fair prices for everything they did, and I'll be happy to use their services again in the future!

There aren’t enough words to express how awesome the service is here. A screw punctured my tire two days before Thanksgiving and I was desperate to get the hole plugged because I was heading out of town. Not only did they get me in for service immediately, but the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes AND THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!! Like, absolutely refused payment. (Now, please don’t go here expecting free service, but obviously the owner/manager has a big heart.) This is all after calling several other shops to plead my case, and no one would or could fit me in the same day. I should also mention that this was an hour before closing and they were working on other cars, so they could’ve turned me away like the others. But they didn’t, and they saved Thanksgiving for me. They were very courteous and honest, and, as a woman, that’s hella important to me. Two weeks later my tire is still perfectly plugged and full of air. Highly recommend these folks for all of your auto service needs! I know I’ll be back!

Exceeded my expectations! My vehicle had a rattling noise at low idle that was progressively worsening. At the advice of my relatives I made an appointment with Valentino’s. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30am and received a text with a link to the (very reasonable) estimate by 10:30am. After approving the estimate at the link they provided, by 11:30am I received a voicemail advising my vehicle was ready for pickup. Wow! Honest, reasonably priced & trustworthy are the three descriptors I’d choose for Valentino’s!

Efficient, inexpensive and friendly service! Had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged for a trip so Valentino’s was able to get it looked at and fixed in under 20 minutes and for nothing at all! Highly recommend!
