Editing the review based on a discussion and follow up appointment at Valley Honda. Spoke to Sam over the phone regarding my experience and he spoke to the team member in question regarding my conversation the previous day. He offered that I bring my car in for a complimentary inspection so they can look at the brakes pads and rotors, advise what's needed and offer a competitive price. When I took the car in, Kevin reviewed the condition and advised that new rear brake pads and resurfacing of rotors would be needed around the time the next oil change would be due. Glad the business addressed my concern. Thank you Sam and Kevin. == Very expensive. Quotes for scheduled maintenance from Honda (brake, transmission and differential fluid replacement, rotors and pads replacement) have been among the highest every time in the past two years. Got fluid replacement services done about a year back and was charged significantly higher than what the nearby dealership's service department would have charged. Asked for installing accessories on a new car about a year back and was quoted almost 40% higher than another place for the same parts and labor. So, this time, called to ask for pricing for brake pads and rotors replacement before driving to the dealership because they don't do appointments. When I shared a quote from another dealer who didn't have sooner availability, they said they could do a coupon or look into matching the price but then balked when their price was 10% higher for a significant job.

Nico Capezio sold me not too long ago a brand new Honda Prologue and his professionalism was incredible and was very well informed on everything about the vehicle and any questions or concerns I had were answered. He made the process very smooth and easy and also had me test drive any vehicle I wanted and helped me with all the setting up and Honda link, would definetly recommend going to him for any vehicle purchases or any questions he’s a pleasure to work with, 6/5 stars for me!

Best Honda dealership that I have ever been to and I have been to at least six! Even though my hand was forced and I bought our latest Honda vehicle from Honda of Lisle, after a few experiences at that location I know I will only go to Valley Honda for my service and my future purchases. Marco, my service manager, is phenomenal. He always greets me with a huge smile and actually listens and takes notes on the issues I am experiencing with my car. When I visit for a general maintenance code, he explains exactly what needs to be performed in great detail and at a level that I can fully understand. Marco assures me that they will only do the necessary work, and if a part is in excellent shape, they will not replace it at that point in time. He keeps me updated on the progress of servicing my vehicle and then lets me know what I will need to have done the next time I visit the service department. Tony, my technician, is equally phenomenal. He always steps out to say hello even if it is only for a minute. When one of my Hondas needs a part replaced, he will bring the used part to me to show the wear and tear before replacing. He will also explain in detail, yet at a level that I can understand, how the car should function and be repaired so that it is the safest it can be and last a good lifetime. When looking to buy a used or a new vehicle, please make every attempt to talk to Norma, one of the best sales people I have ever had! Not only can she explain the ins and outs of different vehicles, she will go the extra mile to get you the best price on your next vehicle. Once a vehicle is purchased, she will continuously follow up with you to see if you have any questions and are happy. Excellent job Valley Honda! A+++

Valley Honda has the best service! Marco has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion for me. I’ll never take my Honda to a different service center, I had to once. We had a tree fall on the car and the body shop that did the repair sent it to another Honda service center. After we got the car back something that the Honda service was suppose to fix wasn’t right so I had to take it back to them. That other service center told me I needed the rear breaks done while they had it. I told them no I’ll have Valley Honda look at it. When I took it to Valley they told me the breaks are getting close to needing replacing but not yet. I got another year out of them. I have trusted Valley Honda with our cars for the last 15 yrs! Thanks for all the great work Marco and team!

I cannot say enough good about Sam, Marco, and the service department at Valley Honda! My college daughter's car would not run when she got back from Christmas break. We tried a different mechanic closer to her college, but after no success in fixing it, this mechanic actually recommended we take it to Valley Honda! We were NOT disappointed. As parents who live in Texas, it is very stressful trying to help a college student get a car fixed from so far away. Sam stayed in constant communication with me, updating me multiple times a day on the car. They were able to figure out what was wrong and to find a cost effective way for us to be able to afford to fix it! He even sent me a link to a product on Amazon that would help alleviate this problem from happening again in the future (animals chewing through wires). I found the service staff honest, hard working, and extremely responsive! We will recommend all my daughter's friends come here! And if we need a new car, we may just drive up from Texas to buy it here!

What an outstanding service team Valley Honda has. Money can't pay for the expertise and knowledge shared between tech and car owners. The Valley Honda service department is A1, and their employees go above and beyond. I always have the privilege of working with Marco and his team. The relationship that was created throughout the years with Marco, his team, my car, and my self has always been first class. I will not, for any reason, look elsewhere to save a buck.
