Absolute SCAM of a shop. If you sit in their waiting room for 15 minutes, there will be at least one person who comes to complain about a service that was done to their car. And this guy will Yap and Yap to cover himself. It's just not honest work, they seem to really take advantage of people lack of knowledge. If you got a coupon, it's just not even worth coming here. I went for a simple oil change and brake pad replacement. They put the wrong oil and replaced my two rear rotors for no reason. Tried bringing it back and they wouldn't even check the oil they put in one week ago. I had to have my trusted mechanic completely drain out the oil and put in the proper high mileage oil. Never coming back sorry not sorry.. ¯⁠⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠/⁠¯

$750 for a battery replacement. Did not give me a price upfront. I asked about pricing, and he said he’d text me with the final quote… Drop car off, an hour later I call and he says come by in 45 and then hands me a bill for $750. Obviously rip off place. Horrible customer service, NEVER GO HERE!

Absolute pure and simple rip off. Brought car in for smog check. 2 hours later get the "failed results" as car was not at operating temperature by then and failed hydrocarbons. Would need all sorts of repairs to pass. $69 for nothing. Went to different shop and 10 minutes later passed all checks. Hydrocarbons at 1/4 of max levels. Disgraceful business.

The guys here are fantastic. They don't try to upsell you, don't haggle, or sneak in extra costs. They've performed followup maintenence on an issue that wasn't previously solved, and didn't try to take an arm or leg. I need to start being more responsible about my own vehicle, rather than blaming a mechanic for my negligence. Thank you Gus and the rest of the team!
