Great service from the workers and shop manager Jim! However, I believe it was the owner who came in and berated all 3 of the men working at the time. He yelled, cursed and threatened to fire the shop manager Jim. No owner should ever act like this in front of customers. It’s was incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating!!!! Even after being treated so poorly, Jim provided great customer service and helped me above and beyond! Him and all the workers deserve to be treated way better! I will not be returning for any services again due to the owners attitude and disrespect! Also I do feel as though $100 for a standard oil change was a bit too much!!

Langdon was a very nice man. He was very patient with me because it was my first time to go to Valvoline Oil change. I'm definitely will come back. He was also very polite to ask me if I needed anything else. He answered some of my questions very clearly. Langdon deserves to get a raise.

I can’t possibly thank you enough. From changing my oil to replacing my battery this company has saved me multiple times at a fair price! Huge shoutout to Jon today helping me out with my coolant. He was incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I’m still in awe. Thank you!

Great service from Landon and his coworker with the dodge! Very nice young men, with great smiles, professional, nice hospitality, helpful and quick and quality service was given! :)
