I had the absolute BEST experience! Kal and Conner were the BEST! They asked all the right questions, and handled my car with such care ! I truly appreciate the service and conversation... I will definitely make this my go to spot for my oil changes.

Had a excellent experience at Valvoline express care. They were super fast, friendly and honest. No pressure to buy unnecessary services. Just 30$ for oil and filter change. Will definitely be back!

Went for a basic oil change. The service tech was friendly and professional. He let me know how much it would be before starting work and engaged in pleasant conversation throughout my time there. I will certainly be going back.

This place has "changed hands" I don't know how many times in the past 20 years. Typical "under new management" sign outside the building and a new Google account so the reviews are wiped. I picked up a used car and brought it there a couple of years ago because it needed the oil and trans fluid changed pretty badly. $30 for plain oil but then price jumped to $50+ for high mileage regular. There's barely $5 difference in price at the store and that's for a 5 qt. Trans fluid was dark again within six months. By that time, of course, they had "changed hands". Seeing as how I don't keep hundreds of extra dollars in my back pocket for repeat car repairs, I dealt with it until recently when I was at another mechanics and he said my pan was starting to rust. I bought a pan for $20, took it up there and he charged me $75 to do the job. Less than $100 and these idiots charged me over $200 to put the WRONG fluid (hence why my car was doing a slight jerk between 1st and 2nd), and never changed the filter. The caveat is the people kitty corner to them, Moe's auto and Tire, own the building and are in charge of finding people to work there. But "Moe" no longer runs the business. I used them many times too but when he disappeared, it went straight downhill. I had taken it over there a few months after I had noticed the fluid was dark again, told them I'd been across the street, amd his response was "oh those people are gone now. They were doing a bad job." He then took a look at it and deduced I need a new transmission. Moral of the story: 1. My trans is running great now, knock on wood that the first idiot didn't do permanent damage. 2. Shop/patron AMERICAN.

Told them Twice to grease the front end while getting oil change. Went to another shop less than 100 miles later for tire rotation and none of the 6 zerk fittings had been touched. All joints dry without any grease. Vehicle has upper and lower ball joint, outer tie rod end and idler arm fittings. All were dry and untouched. Open your eyes when customer tells you twice
