Very disappointed that I have to leave an upset review here because we’re locals & loyal customers for a LONG time. But this time, the management team should consider reviewing their employees at this location. Took my car to get an oil change like I always did with them. They’re always friendly & get the job done. But his last visit they broke the oil drain plug without letting me know. Took my car home & it kept leaking new oil for a week. Went back to them & they said there was no leaking, but I asked them to show me & they end up “fixing it” & did a second oil change. It stop leaking & I thought it was fixed. A few months after, it started to leaked again. I went to another oil change shop & was told that they can’t work on it because the previous person put SILICONE SEALANT on the plug!! Went back to this shop & told them. They denied everything & had to speak with the manager. Manager said they NEVER use silicone at all. We told them they were the last one that did our oil change & someone here did it without “manager knowledge.” At this point, we were very upset & told them we’re get our attorney & BAR involved. Manager clearly saw it & had to ordered a new plug & personally fixed it. The rudest employee Hispanic guy told us that we had to pay for a new oil change! We said why should we when we only want them to fix what they broke. Manager said we shouldn’t because it wasn’t our fault. Manager apologized & said if we return next time, he’ll work on our car personally. Thank you, but NO we will NOT be returning due to the fact that there was no honesty there & no taking ownership of their mistakes. Sucks that they lost money from having to redo 2 oil changes & buying a part for a car when they could have just fix it right away the first time. Sorry, but this shop has lost a loyal customer.

Took my car in on Tuesday for the first time at this location and I was helped by Mario.He was friendly and had great customer service. Also can tell he has been working with cars for a while so I feel confident knowing he knows what he is doing.

Valvoline Express Care on Highland Springs, Banning, CA are experts! They were very friendly, like "Mario"; extremely thorough with completing any service you need. They are now my 'go to place' for my Honda service.

Got an oil change here, manager was in a rush and over filled my engine with oil and even spilled oil on the top of my motor. I cleaned up as much oil as I could that he spilled on the top of motor. He acted like nothing happened. They suck big time! Even after the mistake he didn't offer me a discount, or apologies. I would keep my car away from here!

Bring both my family cars here to get oil changes, shame the car wash is never opened but overall they do a pretty good job
