Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Tito was my technician during my first visit to this location, and he far exceeded my expectations. He was friendly and efficient. While checking my lights, he noticed that my right signal was out, which explained why it blinked faster every time it was activated. He informed me that they had the necessary light bulb in stock and could replace it right away. The service was incredibly quick. I will definitely return to this location, and I hope to have Tito assist me again; he was phenomenal!

Friendly Staff! Best part.. I didn't have to get out my car so my son was able to nap while our vehicle was being serviced.

This place was so good I'm taking the time to leave a review. Incredible staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Impressive efficiency, fastest oil change I've ever had. Looking forward to getting my car serviced here in the future!

Valvoline 449 Connecticut Ave, Norwalk. Do not go here! Gustavo, a very courteous and consensus mechanic changed my oil. Next day, I found oil on my garage floor. Talked to the manager, Noel? He inspected the car and told me I’ve had an oil leak for a long and it wasn’t their fault. (Car has 10k miles). Made excuses, never touched the underside, rotted seals, plastic oil plug (not true) yada, yada. Very insistent and a bit rude. I asked for the owners name. He refused to tell me. More interested in defense than helping me. Funny, never saw oil on my garage floor before that day. My visit to Valvoline was the only variable. I asked him to check under the car. He told me to take it to a mechanic. I thought he was a mechanic. My mistake. I jacked up the car myself, removed the underside cover, cleaned up the engine. No oil leak anywhere but looked like someone had spilled a good amount of oil down onto the cover when refilling. Had Noel bothered to check he would have seen that. Not saying Gustavo. Not sure how it happened. There were a couple of guys poking around while I sat in my car. So lesson learned. Stay away for the fast food of oil changes. This post goes to Google and Instagram next.

Awful experience with one of the associates and with the manager Noel. My wife and I always take our cars to this location, and most of the workers are great. But in my recent oil change visit, I specifically told the associate that Evec must be done on my vehicle, because Valvoline themselves had told me five oil changes ago, that my drain plug could not be tampered with, and must always be Evac and the associate confirm that he understood. But after I realize that he failed to give them the instruction to do Evec, and on top of that he didn’t even do any of the protocol, checking of light signals, and everything else. Ever since then my oil started leaking like crazy from that plug and I called Valvoline which connected me with the manager Noel of that store, and all he did for me was top it off didn’t even replace the plug for a new one and the thing is still leaking. when I called Valvoline to ask to speak to a higher representative, I was told that my last line of communication between the customer and Valvoline is the manager of the store, which is a complete conflict of interest, considering that that was the store that made the mistake. And I requested to speak to someone above that local store manager and was told straight to my face and denied the opportunity to speak to someone . Valvoline denied me the request to speak to a supervisor Do yourself a favor go to a real mechanic. Don’t try to save money going to one of these franchise oil changing places that have very mediocre mechanic managers, who are irresponsible and especially for Valvoline a company that denies you to be able to speak to someone higher up to explain a mistake made by a store. Don’t do it especially at this location if you value your car. Just to save a few bucks it’s not worth risking your vehicle at a place like Valvoline that will not take responsibility for any damage done to your vehicle.
