Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came in this morning and received an oil change. The two young men were so polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about the services I received. They were so respectful and made me feel safe. Usually at an auto care facility I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Not this location! I’m sending everyone I know there. I will be returning. Keep up the great work. I hope this review reaches them and their direct mangers. Thank you again guys!

I regularly visit the Farmington Hills location. They staff there is so nice and helpful and very prompt. I went there this past Saturday and took three cars back to back to back. The people there are like family! I want to give particular shout outs to Jeremiah, Lamont, and Cam. They were so welcoming and professional and very considerate and careful. They are a model example of customer service.

I went to This Valvoline location because I have been more than satisfied in the past. This visit was no exception. The people working are very professional and take the time to explain. There is no pressure to make any purchases. I went because my tire air pressure light was on. While the tires were being tended to, I asked to check if I was due for an oil change. I was and all fluid levels and filters were checked. I approved replacements. Again, no pressure, just explanations. I will definitely return for future needs.

The guys were quick and kind. When explaining their services, I asked the guy is he could slow down and speak non-car. He chuckled and explained each service. The price was good and it didn't feel like they pressured me to get any other services I didn't need. Thank you.

There was a change in shift and a different person showed up in between the oil change. This experience was the worst for me. Lot of things were not checked during the oil change. Which include Air Filter, Cabin Filter, Tire Pressure, Fluids etc. Before going to Valvoline, I knew that I was very low on the coolant and I filled up the Washer fluid and haven't used it. During Oil change, the person said that they filled the coolant and topped up the washer fluid, which was a lie. When I checked coolant was at the same level when I left home and Washer was already topped up. I had to ask him for every other item if they had checked or not. Not sure if they actually changed/poured the correct oil that I requested. Not sure if they even changed the oil filter. This was my worst experience and never going back again. I will learn how to change oil from now on instead of someone ripping you off with $79.99
