I recently had my oil and filter changed at Valvoline, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I drove in, the staff was friendly and efficient. The entire process was quick, taking less than 15 minutes, which is impressive considering how thorough they were. The technician explained everything clearly, including the type of oil they recommended for my vehicle and the benefits of the service. I appreciated the transparency and the fact that they didn’t pressure me into additional services I didn’t need. I was also able to buy a 50% off coupon on Groupon, which made the service even more affordable. They offered me a discount for the filter change as well, making it a great value overall. I highly recommend Valvoline for anyone looking for a quick and reliable oil change!

Worked with Patience and Cesar - went for just oil change but needed full fluid tune up and knew it. Trusted them to get it done the fast and efficient way. Great work, great people and will make this my main spot now for oil changes. Highly recommend.

This valvoline location is (or was) my go-to for oil changing all my cars. Unfortunately, this time around this location did not meet my basic expectations. I brought in my 2013 Jetta and wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I got the oil change and the person helping me was confused about the air filter part which he thought was suppose to be rectangular instead of it being cylindrical. I told him it should be cylindrically shaped for this car. This probably confused him which made him forgot to rotate the tires. I didn’t realize the tire rotation was not done and charged 49.99 me for it. I’m glad I had a small discount on it because the price for the service is not what you get. I realized my tires were not rotated when my tire calibration light did not come on which usually happens after a tire rotation. I came in the next day and told them what happened and they asked me for the receipt which I showed them. Nobody came to apologize or tell me anything what happened which was pretty disappointing. They did rotate my tires at the end. When I got home, I checked my tire pressures and they were all above the recommended tire pressure value on the driver side door of the car. I also popped the hood and found a 6 inch Phillips screw driver element on the top of the engine compartment!!!! which is not good. Not sure how this location is operating this way so I will take my business somewhere else.

jasmine, ricky and ceaser. they are amazing. i can not heap enough praise on them. i came in almost at closing. these did not complain or give me a dirty look but was most attentive to solve the problem i was having with my car. I came in for an oil change but they noticed the filter was leaking and was quick to solve the problem. I felt the car was going to break down and would be without for the night. even if they did not solve the issue. there professionalism and presence really put me at ease. you’re lucky to have these beautiful souls.

This location used to be solid but has taken a turn for the worse. Today I went for the usual oil change and decided to also replace the engine air filter. It was clear they had a new tech working who I blame NONE of this awful experience on. They first had trouble getting the air filter in. Someone else came over to help only after the new person struggled for a few minutes alone. The other person also seemed to struggle and even ended up removing the entire air box to put in the filter before seemingly putting it all back properly. At this point, everyone working on my car leaves to start working on other cars. I sit there for about 5 minutes more before I hear an older employee ask the new person (who is now starting on another car) if my car still needs new oil, to which they reply yes. The new person then comes over and very reluctantly starts to put oil in my car, unsupervised. Almost immediately they stop and say “OH!” They look around and then I hear them say “I spilled” to another older employee. The older employee then gets an air compressor hose and begins to blow the spilled oil down and around my engine bay. This is all seen through my own eyes, if I hadn’t been watching I would never have known any of this occurred as they never mentioned anything to me before I left. I pay and leave. I stop for gas and notice as I’m pulling into the gas station smoke coming from the engine bay. I open it up, and unsurprisingly there is oil on the exhaust manifold, the radiator, engine block, etc, burning off from the heat. I also then look at the air filter and see after all that time and multiple people working on it they didn’t actually close it. I went back to see if they would close it correctly and clean the oil off. They were able to finally close the air box but pretty sure they bent it in the process. They were pretty apathetic, offered nothing for my time and possible damage to engine or causing a fire. Basically pretended to clean it some more for 5 minutes and then said thats the best we can do. Even blamed it on the “new hire” in the end, instead of taking responsibility for the fact he left someone clearly untrained alone to work on a car. In the end everyone besides me ended up waiting longer than usual too as at one point 3 people were attempting to clean up the mess the new tech had made. Was still smoking when I got home. Just horrible decision making and unprofessional from top to bottom. I will never go back to that location.
