Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Ray is a legend, and the pit crew with him today 12/31/24 around 3ish were extremely helpful. They changed my oil super quick and actually discovered something built a nest in my filters so I replaced those as well. It was wild. I will definitely be back. Amazing customer service! Also the one star reviews were done during the time they weren't open for business yet like at all not just for the day. Don't hold that against them.

Went in today, Ray and team did a fantastic job. Service was terrific. Took in my wife's car (expecting the worst). Guys were upfront and customer-first. Probably the fastest, most efficient oil change I've received in the last decade. In and out in no lie, 20 minutes, with everything in top notch condition. Will be going here regularly as long as this team is together.

Ray is super sweet! Got me in and out in under 20 minutes, checked pretty much everything on my car and explained to me what was due, and why it was due. Was very informative and friendly. Great prices!

Ray the manager took care of me and I highly recommend for everyone to take their car to this location. They were Very professional and were very honest with me. Ray even helped me install a tethered gas cap on my car free of charge !! You can tell they care about their customers here and they are very efficient and effective !! Ray even hooked me up with a coupon which made the cost even more reasonable. They didn't try to upsell on anything either. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Ray and his technicians also noticed a small pil leak and were able to recommend a mechanic that will take care of it for me. Do yourself a favor and take your car to this Valvoline location !!

Ray, Milton and the whole staff at Valvoline are amazing. It was the best experience getting my oil changed I have had in a long time. So friendly, quickly done in and out in 15 minutes and didn’t feel pressured with upgrades. Great overall experience and will only go back to them!

I had recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change & my fluids checked, while I was out in the Aurora/Naperville area for work last week. I've had my fair share of experiences with other oil change facilities over the years. I gotta say, the Valvoline in Aurora was definitely worth me taking the time out of my busy day to get my vehicle serviced at. Ray & Milton had me in & out in such a timely manner. Both of these gentlemen were very respectful, thorough, well educated, considerate & informative. I highly, highly recommend that when it comes time for your vehicle to get an oil change, tires checked, fluids checked, fluids topped off etc. I'd definitely consider using Valvoline in Aurora for your vehicles maintenance.

Absolutely amazing! These guys had my oil change done in less than 15mins. They checked over the car and changed out drain plug gasket for free. Super kind team which is very rare in this world! Brandon was very good at explaining all the service intervals. Thank you!
