Fast, detailed, and professional. While sitting in the lot looking for a coupon, Exavier came out to my car in the 32 degree weather to answer my questions and find me the best offered deal. my car had 11,000 miles on it and there was nothing wrong with it and then when I took it back to my house after getting an oil change by your people, it was leaking oil all over my driveway. I call that incompetence.

I work six days a week and only have one day off to get all my errands, doctor’s appointments and tasks completed. I came to Valvoline after being referred by a friend who knew my busy schedule. I was greeted out at my car by a polite gentleman who explained where I needed to park my car. I went inside and waited and spoke to two other people shortly afterwards. Alex had the best greeter energy and answered all my questions with great care. He had me fill out an information card on myself. The hard working Gil helped me decide what the next steps in my car’s maintenance needed to be. I appreciated his patience with me. I do not speak automotive. I left Valvoline not only with an oil change but with my NY state inspection and with the feeling of safety. I also felt like I had accomplished one of my goals for the day with the help of X-FORCE aka Team Valvoline.

Came in for an oil change & had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Brian, Alan & Angel. While Alan & Angel checked my fluids & tires, Brian educated me on all of the recommended services that my car needs. The guys were quick and helpful. Would definitely come here again for scheduled maintenance.
