Chill, quiet. Not hectic environment. Small but pleasant waiting area. Easy to get to off northern. Always a coupon on website. Jonathon is really great. He us patient, thorough, and answers your questions about your vehicle. Full synthetic oil is always best, more protection and lasts longer.

I called them to ask when would roughly be a quicker vs longer time wait time to bring in my car and one of the employees, Jessica refused to share this information with me. Even though I was just looking for some general information so I don't waste my time. They state you can see the car being worked on while waiting so it's clearly possible to communicate this information. They don't take appts which is understandable but to flatly refuse to share an estimated wait time so save yout customers time is just some ridiculous obnoxious policy that represents extremely poor customer service.

went here last friday 14 feb and had a regular oil change ,and the technician broke my engine oil cap!and instead of being done i have to wait for them to get a replacement cap which is also the wrong imprint on it, instead of apologizing the technician continued to make up and excuse like since the oil cap is old and the metal on it also meant to be broken bru theres no metal on my oil cap! i perfectly can add oil on my engine and i dis not break it since 2007! btw i have a 2007 acura tsx of which i love so dearly ..these guys think i dont know anything about motor fyi i do some works on my car at home.. i dnt have a lifter so i always have my oil changes outside.. hellow!i know about engines and these technicians think they can fool me !i would never come back in here ever again !
